Orders normally shipped via Fedex within 48 hours when placed Monday-Friday. Please refer to the checkout page for cost of shipping on orders under $70 before tax or any orders over $70 specifying any other shipping options than ground. All orders over $70 before tax will be receive Free Ground Shipping to the continental US. We apologize in advance, but Premium BMX does not currently ship products internationally.
We offer a 30 day Money Back Guarantee on every product we offer unless specified under the product description or title. Items must be unused and in original packaging with any tags attached. All shipments must be opened and inspected upon delivery. Any discrepancies in quantity ordered or merchandise received must be submitted within 72 hours of receipt. Please call customer service at 1.800.289.4276 between the hours of 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST in advance to obtain an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) within 30 days of purchase date. Customer will be responsible for all shipping costs upon returning any product unless product is defective then customer will be reimbursed for shipping a defective return. Any items returned without an RMA number clearly printed on the outside of the package will be returned to sender.
